I will support you to move your body in a way that feels true to who you are and how you live, so you can feel damn good in your favorite pair of jeans. If you hate to run, don’t do it! If you don’t like to sweat, that’s ok! We will find something that feels good to you!
As your personal trainer, I am here to push you and keep you accountable. Your body is way more powerful than your mind says it is, so I will continually remind you of how strong you really are!! I will create exercise programs that feel true to who you are, motivating you to challenge yourself, while creating a supportive and joyful environment.
Be ready to work hard, have tons of patience with yourself and kick butt!!
