What people are saying . . .
Today I move from my beloved home of 43 years. Just spent my last night in my cozy bedroom. But before I leave I want to send a huge recommendation for my friend Amy Davis, who has been with me every step of the way with this process, including today when the movers come. We couldn’t have done it without her. Her organizational skills are fantastic. I was just overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin, and she guided me all along, gently, and firmly (Like, “do you really want this? Does it bring you joy?”). She is fun and upbeat and quick! So, if you are in need of someone to help you unclutter, or move, or need a life coach, I strongly and happily recommend Amy.

A year after working with Amy to organize my home, I continue to reap the benefits of her compassionate help. Amy showed up every day for five days, with energy, wisdom and bins. She sorted, scrutinized, and hauled, as we whittled my piles down. Side by side we decided what would stay and what would go. Some things were easy, like old clothes that didn’t fit. Some things were hard, like gifts that were once meaningful but no longer joyful. Amy didn’t judge, she didn’t rush. She rolled up her sleeves and poured her heart into my home. We tackled closets, linens, kitchen cabinets, basement storage. We found new uses for old things, we recycled, and we threw things away. When we were done, my daily routines were easier but more important, my heart was lighter. I’m eager for another round of clearing with Amy, to focus on different spaces and different priorities. I look forward to her advice, her company, and her grit to help me peel away another layer.

It is because of Amy that we changed the name of the Membership Committee at our church to the “Welcoming and Membership Committee.” She suggested helping us create a more welcoming and less cluttered environment in the foyer of our meeting house. She had great ideas; executed on them beautifully; and totally transformed the experience of entering our building. I smile and exhale every time I walk in now – visual cohesion, pleasing colors, less clutter and a truly welcoming environment.

I initially came to Amy because I wanted to lose weight and have a better relationship with my body and food. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical. But Amy listens better than anyone I know – and she knows just when to kick my ass 🙂 With her support and encouragement, I have lost weight and have a much better relationship with my body and with food.
Coaching with Amy has changed my life in countless amazing ways. I discovered a very surprising love of running. I am doing work I love. I’m kinder to myself. I have grown and expanded in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Through it all, Amy has supported me and been there to cheer me on. I’m not skeptical anymore – hiring Amy was one of the smartest decisions I’ve ever made.

I have tried my whole life to lose weight and to learn to love exercise and be an active woman, but until I found Amy Davis I never felt successful. That changed when I started working with Amy, she gave me the tools and encouragement I have been looking for my whole life! I am a healthier and happier woman today because of her program. Amy worked with me as an individual, as Donna, she got to know me and my strengths and she pushed me with knowledge, support, and the tough love I needed to succeed!! Thank you for everything Amy Davis!! I will work with you again and I love telling my friends and family about you and your business and your work ethic and knowledge of women! Until next time………

I can’t recommend Amy highly enough as a life coach! Her constant support, enthusiasm and positive energy were amazing. She was direct and straightforward yet always warm, and I looked forward to our phone sessions each week to talk through issues.
Her coaching on how to rethink situations in positive light has completely altered how I view life and in just a few months! I have opened my eyes to opportunities for growth and happiness that wouldn’t have been apparent before. The process with Amy was empowering and transformative!

My name is Greta and I am sure one or more of you can relate to my story. You see, I lost my husband July 12, 2011, after a long battle with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and a failed lung transplant. Believe me, it has not been easy for me or my family. We have three beautiful children and three gorgeous grand-boys, ages 1, 3 and 5. Two of our children are married and the youngest is single. I kind of lost myself after my husband died. He was my identity and now I have to start over in trying to find myself again. Amy has helped me do that in so many ways.
I don’t know if I would be in the frame of mind I am in now, which is pretty good I would say, if it weren’t for her. She was like an angel sent from above to take care of me. I know Amy from being my daughter’s next door neighbor and friend but how was I going to lay all my laundry out to her? She made it so comfortable and I remember our first session – I just started talking and believe me, we never lack for words during our sessions.
She has let me see that I can be a person on my own and do what I want to do, with pride in myself and success. I am by no means finished with my life coaching. I could probably go on forever and learn so much more about myself and what I want to do with the rest of my life. Amy is wonderful and I can’t begin to thank her for all she has done for me.
